A day back, I visited Mumbai with my wife for a friend Marriage. It was a two days stay and a very unforgettable experience. We found the place to be extremely pleasant, centrally located, easy to access to tourist places like Siddhi Vinayak, Mahalaxmi, Haaji Ali. I would definitely like to come here again when I visit Mumbai next time.
The property is in a prime location with easy access to the Airport, the place is well kempt and the staff is extra courteous and always ready to provide any needs. The restaurant serves good food with decent options being provided. Overall a wonderful experience and more than value for money.
Although a wee bit expensive, the extra cost was well worth it just to come in at the end of the day to an apartment that was cosy, comfortable, clean, air- conditioned with a fully functioning kitchen. To have the option at this point to either delve into the fridge for a cool glass of something, make a cup of tea, phone for room service or go to the restaurant downstairs and order food and drink is just wonderful. Any staff that you met along the way, be it the doorman who was just terrific, the receptionists that went out of their way to assist, the restaurant Captain and staff who greeted you as friends as you entered; the chefs that cooked the excellent Indian and European food; the housekeeping staff who were so diligent and efficient or the man at the top Mr Chowdray who made it his mission to ensure that not only did you enjoy staying at his establishment but that you made the most of Mumbai itself - all, contributed to a terrific service experience and became very much a part of your holiday in India. Then, at the end of a tiring but happy day ,the joy of returning to your room or apartment to relax together with friends or watch cable TV and then simply retire to a really comfortable bed and just sleep is wondrous.Stayed in Bandra because a friend lives nearby. This is a lovely boutique hotel very central to shopping, restaurants, etc. All of the staff were charming and very helpful. The room was very nice - with a balcony, which was one of the reasons I chose this place so I could step outside to smoke. The whole place is kept spotless and a recent refurbish includes lots of nice design touches. Strategically located in Central Bandra and a short walk from major shopping and residential areas. We chose this serviced apartment as it was closer to our friends house. However at that time even Hyatt was cheaper. Quiet hotel. We had a lovely stay here, 9days. The staff made us feel at home. They were very accomodating and friendly. Mr. Inderjeet, the doorman welcomed us everytime with a big warm smile. The rooms were tastefully decorated, clean and spacious. The manager Mr. Chaudhari was attentive to the staff and guest. Enjoyed the daily breakfast which was included. A buffet that consists of Western and Indian food. They had different hot meal choices daily. Prices for dinner was quite reasonable and delicious!Our stay at the Grand Residency was very pleasurable and the service staff was superb. The rooms were very comfortable and excellently cared for. Truly felt pampered during our stay in Mumbai, I would highly recommend the Grand Residency.
A nice hotel in Central Bandra only 5 minutes from the main shopping area and 5 minutes from the trains to central Mumbai and beyond. Staff friendly and very helpful. Good value for money. Excellent meals served by friendly staff.
My stay at the Hotel was Truly luxurious. The Staff and was very friendly and would assist you in every small manner. Hotel is Located in a very High End area of Bandra (w) which is very accessible to all the People who came to meet us. The rooms have been done up very tastefully.
